Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to more time in jail. The Lost actress was given 60 days in the slammer, 30 days of community service, an alcohol education program, a position on a MADD victim impact panel for violating her probation. Her December arrest in Hawaii for DUI was a violation of a three-year probation term Rodriguez was serving for previous charges of hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license and DUI. The actress pleaded no-contest to the charges in 2004. Rodriguez, whose Lost character was killed off two weeks ago, is due to begin her sentence on May 31.
